These terms apply to your use of this website and to the services provided by Junk Toro LLC ("Junk Toro", "we", "us"), a junk removal company based at 7926 Tapper Ave, Munster, Indiana.

Our Services

We provide junk removal, residential and commercial cleanouts, estate and hoarder cleanouts, construction debris removal, demolition of structures such as sheds, decks and fences, dumpster service, and related hauling. Jobs are priced by volume and the type of debris. Unless we state otherwise in writing, the price we quote includes labour, fuel and disposal fees.

A quote given before we see the job in person or before we receive photographs is an estimate. The final price is confirmed once we have seen what is actually being removed. We will tell you before we start if the price differs from the estimate.

We may decline to remove hazardous materials, including chemicals, asbestos, biohazardous waste and certain appliances or electronics, where the law or our insurance does not permit us to handle them.

Scheduling and Access

You are responsible for making sure we can safely reach the items being removed, and for telling us about anything that affects access, such as stairs, gates, parking restrictions or pets. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact us as early as you can.

Website Use

You may use this website for your own lawful, personal purposes. You may not copy the content, images or video for commercial use without our written permission.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

Junk Toro operates an SMS text messaging program for people who contact us or request a quote. By providing your mobile number and ticking the consent box on our quote form, you agree to the terms in this section.

Program description. Text messages relate to your junk removal or demolition enquiry. This includes confirming that we received your request, agreeing a price, scheduling and coordinating your job, sending appointment reminders and arrival updates, answering your questions, and asking for feedback after the work is done.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us and the status of your job.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan. Junk Toro does not charge a fee for the messages themselves.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time to be removed from the program. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any text message, or contact us on 219-501-0960 or at bper1985@gmail.com.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder, or an authorised user, of the mobile number you provide in order to join our SMS program.

Privacy. Information you share with us by text is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We will tell you which payment methods we accept when we confirm your job.

Limitation of Liability

We carry insurance and we take care on every job. To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, Junk Toro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Once an item has been removed and disposed of, donated or recycled, it cannot be recovered. Please check carefully before we haul anything away.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do.
